Our Story

Located in the great Pacific Northwest, GingerBred Poodles started with a puppy named Ginger. She came from our dear friends at Harborview Poodles, Dona and Tony Mathews. Our business is named in her honor as our line of poodles stems from her and are “Ginger bred".   

We are a small breeder with only a couple of litters a year and we are family operated. In our family everybody has a part to play and we all take pride in the work we do. 

We feel it is our responsibility as breeders to make sure our pups never end up in a pet shelter. We like to call ourselves the safety net because we understand that life happens, and as such we offer lifetime support for rehoming, advice and a two year health guarantee.
